On 25 March 2026, a PAS GRAS co-coordinator participated in the workshop “Food 2040 for competitive, sustainable and resilient food systems”, held in Brussels.

This high-level event brought together experts from across Europe to contribute to the development of the future Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for food systems.

The discussions focused on advancing research and innovation priorities to support more competitive, sustainable, and resilient food systems, aligning scientific knowledge with policy development at the European level.

The participation of PAS GRAS in this initiative reflects the project’s commitment to contributing to evidence-based approaches that connect nutrition, health, and sustainability, and to actively engage in shaping the future of European research and innovation.
