Workshop “More Flavor, More Health” – Sustainable Winter Nutrition
On February 25th at 4:00 PM, the University Stadium Restaurant (REU) will host the workshop More Flavor, More Health – Sustainable Winter Nutrition.
This session, developed in collaboration with the Social Services of the University of Coimbra (SASUC), aims to present practical strategies for a balanced, flavorful, and sustainable diet during the colder months. The focus will be on seasonal foods, conscious choices, and habits that promote health and well-being. It is an invitation to rethink the way we eat in winter—with more flavor and more health—with the participation of the PAS GRAS project nutritionist, Professor Dr. Margarida Liz.
The activity is open to the university community, is free of charge, but registration is mandatory here (limited to 25 participants).
